ITEM'S DESCRIPTION:

Diesel fuel pump removed from a Volkswagen Jetta 2000 to 2003 TDI 1.9L cylinder ALH engine, MANUAL transmission. 

Mileage on the pump is about 30000km, it's pretty much in new condition. Bought new in 2023, car wasn't used that much after that. 

Fits the following vehicles: 

- Volkswagen Jetta MK4 1999.5 to 2003; 

- Volkswagen Golf MK4 1999.5 to 2003;

- Volkswagen New Beetle 1998 to 2003. 

*** It only fits those vehicles with the ALH engine code. Does not fit MK3 Volkswagen models 98 and early 99.  

This fuel pump fits on MANUAL transmission cars ONLY. It has a SMALLER head (10mm) than the automatic transmission pump (11mm). It won't flow enough fuel for the car to be fully responsive, on the automatic transmission model. It will still work, but not as efficiently.

It has been tested on the vehicle prior to being removed, or in some cases it's been installed on a test engine and it started right away after being primed, ran without problems. Tested for 20 minutes running, no check engine codes came up, no limp mode, the pump worked nice and quiet, no misfires. Doesn't show any signs of leaks. Pump still has some clean diesel inside of it.

All of the ALH pumps that I have for sale have been individually tested for functionality, DTC codes, leaks etc.  

It comes with the fuel lines in good condition included in the pictures. 

Genuine BOSCH part, part number is 038 130 107 D, 0 460 404 987 - made in Germany.
