This is a sleeveless Vince Camuto sheath knee length dress in a black, blue and white color block pattern.  This dress is lined and there is a 6" zipper under the left arm for easier on and off.  The measurements lying flat are:  Chest 17, shoulder to shoulder 14, neck 8, strap width 3, waist 16, hips 18, and length from top of the shoulder to hem is 36".  This is super cute and comfy!  Please contact me with any questions.
