About the Comic & Condition Notes
Cerebus Bi-Weekly #10
(published in April 1989 by Aardvark-Vanaheim) reprints the complete contents
of the original Cerebus the Aardvark #10 (June/July 1979).
This issue is written, illustrated, and lettered entirely
by creator Dave Sim. It highlights a lighter, character-driven narrative
following the heavy political tone of the prior issue, bringing back one of
Cerebus’s earliest female foils.
Creative Team
Issue Summary: "Sophia Returns...!"
Stripped of his army and his gold, Cerebus is travelling
completely alone in a brutal, week-old blizzard as he treks south toward the
prominent city-state of Iest.
GRADING NOTES:
Issue is VF/NM; Cerebus Bi-Weekly was printed on newsprint
paper and covers were light - handling and light wear is common. Although the
issue is complete and has eye-appeal, I'm uncertain of how strong a pure/NM 9.4
or higher might be. I am erring on VF leaning to NM.
About the listing:
Issue is VF-NM
The issue is individually bagged and boarded (silver age
size), placed with cardboard backer, and secured in a Gemini comic mailer. This
is then wrapped in a water/tear proof mailing envelope. I use painters tape to
better secure packaging.

About me:
I'm a private collector (not a store); issues are purchased and carefully handled. Upon purchase, I place the issue in a
bag/board, typically have read once, and then store in a short/long box. Over
time I've decided these should be enjoyed by other readers or collectors. I am
not a professional grader, but I have many years' experience in comic grading.
I am confident I've been pretty accurate and the grade is fair.
