This is Berry Amendment, US made loop made by Velcro® that was from a gov't contract overrun. It is official Velcro®. I made it into a patch display piece that measures 28x30 inches roughly and is finished with GI OCP webbing at the border. I made this here in the USA and it's all US production parts. This is super grippy; your patches aren't going anywhere once they're on the panel.
