The U.S. Mint is releasing 250,000 special 2026 Declaration of Independence quarters into circulation to celebrate America's 250th anniversary. These limited-edition coins feature a rare "July 4th" privy mark. Because they are randomly distributed through everyday bank transactions, they are expected to be highly sought-after by collectors.

Price, to date the lowest mintage Washington quarter is the 1932-S with a mintage of 408,000. A 1932-S mid grade uncirculated book value is about $3000+. With this coin having a mintage of only 250,000 it will be the new key date to the series and the BUY IT NOW price is based off of this mintage.
