Up for sale in a vintage rare M1 medic helmet used in the movie saving private Ryan. I was told it was worn by Wade in the movie. This is an original M1 helmet comes with a liner and chin strap it has the painted Red Crosses on front and back only not the sides. It has a white shadow around the red crosses. I’m not saying that this helmet is an original WW11 medic helmet. I don’t know if the movie company made these helmets for the movie or what. The paint on this helmet is wonderful dosen’t look like a cheap fake hand painted medic helmets that you see on eBay all the time. This helmet was sold at auction five months ago with other helmets used in the movie saving private Ryan. I’ve showed some pictures of the lot of helmets that were sold and the auction house props department in Burbank California. Good Luck finding another one.
