This is a vintage Montgomery Ward vise possibly sold in the 1960s based on the MW logo style. Markings on the bottom of the vise appear to be VT MW E (lying on its back) and a bisected M. As Montgomery Ward did not manufacture any of their own vises the markings MAY indicate it was made by Wilton or Columbian or Van Tool. Made of Semi Steel, no cracks in the metal. Attached anvil.
