Due to the large number of variations and also selling on our website - some items will be made to order (ready to ship in 1-3 days depending on work list)

These  Pen Blank Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting Chunky 22mm x 22mm Pen blanks especially for extra large fountain pen caps (note internal dimensions are 27mm x 22mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance on the height to help prevent spillages).

Can also be used in conjunction with our new 22mm Tube-In-Mould Plugs for Label/Tube casting of the extra large fountain Pen Cap tubes that are to big for our 20mm Plugs or Less-Resin moulds.


These moulds contain a removable silicone bung in each cavity which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould (180mm and longer have two bungs in each cavity which aids demoulding when Label/Tube casting 2 tubes per cavity).

Approx amount of resin required for each cavity:
130mm long - 63ml
150mm long - 73ml
180mm long - 87ml
200mm long - 97ml
220mm long - 107ml

Note: All our HDPE moulds are made from large sheets of smooth HDPE. As with all HDPE sheets there is no protective film (like you get with Acrylic/Perspex) and there are likely to be slight cosmetic marks/scratches on the mould that may show up in the resulting casts, so some sanding and polishing may be required.
