The building is located on the side towards the rear of the property with good access, buyer will need to dismantle and remove all concreate sections from the property.    The metal and wood work parts are optional you can take/leave see below for details.
Most of the bolts appear in good condition although some appear to have rusted and may need cutting out .Roof has been removed but the frame is still in place.  2 windows on the rear section back are broken and need of repair.
The main door is operational however it does not close completely shut and will require adjustment if you intend keeping this, (key is available for the lock). The wooden frames for the doors are in need of repair. (side door and a lot of the greenery is now removed)
