Cinquefoil 'Orange Starlit'

Potentilla atrosanguinea

Various Sizes

  • Striking tangerine blooms – produces an abundance of bright, saucer-shaped, vibrant orange flowers that create a glowing splash of warm colour, blooming profusely from early summer all the way through to early autumn
  • Compact and low-maintenance – forms a neat, bushy mound of attractive, finely cut green foliage that is incredibly easy to care for, making it an effortless addition to the front of sunny borders, rockeries, and patio containers
  • How to grow – performs best in well-draining soil in full sun or partial shade. Highly drought-tolerant once established and requires very little ongoing maintenance
  • Herbaceous perennial – RHS H7 hardy, tolerates temperatures below -20°C; dies back to ground level in winter and reliably regrows each spring
  • Healthy plants – well‑rooted specimens supplied in your chosen format, ideal for potting on or planting into prepared ground when local conditions allow

Please note: our pictures illustrate a mature plant to inspire you with its full potential given time and the appropriate growing conditions. The plants you receive will be well-rooted to the specified size purchased and may look different depending on the time of year.

1) The plants are first removed from their plastic pot or cell tray. The roots are then submerged in water and wrapped in paper towel to ensure the plants have water on their journey.

2) After this, the plants are placed into biodegradable bags to retain the moisture and protect the outer packaging.

3) We then tightly roll the plants in a protective cardboard roll before placing them in their boxes for postage.
