Material

Shower Trays are manufactured from high-density PET (polyethylene terephthalate) made from recycled plastic. Each base is coated with a durable primer and reinforced with a fiberglass scrim for added strength and stability.

Recommended Waterproofing Products

The following membranes have been used and tested with our shower bases. These are all Class III Membrane, as per AS/NZS 4858 Wet Area Membranes.

Crommelin Shower Waterproofing Membrane (refer to manufacturer’s instructions) no primer require with this product.

ASA Dampfix Gold.

Davco K10 Plus used in conjunction with Sikalastic Moisture Seal. Ardex WPM 155 Rapid used in conjunction with WPM 300 Primer Always refer to manufacturer’s instructions prior to use.

Sikaflex Pro will need 24hrs per 3mm cure time (72hrs before you can walk on base)

    Terms & Conditions

We request and recommend the purchaser check all items for damage (in transit) before accepting delivery. It is preferable that damaged items are refused (not signed for or accepted from the courier), and returned to the sender (Innovative) immediately, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 days. If damaged items are accepted the damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt. In special circumstances an Insurance claim may be required to run its course prior to replacement at the insurers/ Innovative's discretion if the item was accepted. 

Innovative offers a 14 day return policy. Purchases are to be returned within 14 days, unused, intact, in new condition and in original packaging including all accessories. Delivery fees are non refundable. Unless goods were 'not as described' a restocking fee of 20% applies for handling & administration.

Transit insurance is recommended for returns to protect goods from damage in transit (Goods are the purchasers responsibility until signed for & received by innovative intact and in good order).

The title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until paid in full (cleared funds). Recommended for installation by a licensed plumber.
