Vintage 1980s Mongoose ATB chromoly mountain bike frame.

HTF in dark red over chrome. Color can vary depending on the lighting. Good overall condition.

Made in Taiwan for BMX Products Inc., Chatsworth, California, as shown on the seat tube decal.

Designed for cantilever brakes with brazed-on posts front and rear plus rack and fender eyelets on the dropouts.

Includes frame, matching fork, installed bottom bracket axle and cups, headset pieces, seatpost binder, and small clamps shown.

Suitable for a period-correct rigid mountain bike rebuild or custom commuter project.

Scattered paint chips, scratches, small nicks, decal wear, and spots of surface rust on exposed metal from previous use and storage. Dropouts, brake posts, cable guides, and bottom bracket shell show installation wear but brazed-on fittings and attached hardware remain intact.
