Packaging
Samples: Sent in standard untracked letters.
A4 sheets: Sent in hard-backed envelopes.

all other sizes: Sent in postal tubes.

Royal Mail 24: 1–2 working days incl. Saturdays (letters & large letter boxes only)
Royal Mail 48: 3–5 working days incl. Saturdays (letters & large letter boxes only)
Evri: All postal tubes are shipped via Evri
Large Orders: Alternative courier if exceeding Evri size limits
Remote Areas: Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man may take up to 7 working days. Sizes ≥1.5m × 1.52m may incur an additional charge (we’ll confirm via eBay messages)
International Orders: For sizes over 1.5m wide, vinyl may be trimmed to 1.47m — we’ll confirm before shipping
Returns
Returns: Accepted within 14 days (unused & in original packaging). Buyer covers return postage
