As with any used car purchase you have your statutory rights which basically mean that the car will be as described and should be fit for the intended purpose. Where known I always highlight faults and/or damage/issues and I believe in fair and honest descriptions. In return, I ask that buyers are sensible with their expectations, for example a high mileage 2003 vehicle is likely to be less reliable and not in such good condition as a more expensive lower mileage 2017 model vehicle.......... and so on. Reasonable wear and tear in line with the age, mileage and type of vehicle should be expected. The standard warranty terms (unless otherwise stated) is 1 month or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. A warranty document will be provided for you to sign upon purchase. A total claim limit of up to 10% of the sale price applies and claims are for parts only, not labour. Failure of covered parts is covered but not through wear and tear or neglect. All claims must be made prior to any repairs being carried out and, unless otherwise agreed, all repairs must be carried out by our regular workshop. Delivery/collection to and from the workshop is the vehicle owners responsibility. All commercial vehicles, all vehicles with in excess of 125,000 miles and all vehicles over 10 years old are excluded from any warranty. This is a 'common sense' policy. I will always be fair and honest but ask customers to do the same

Viewing; Viewing is by appointment only. You are very welcome to arrange to view the vehicle and any inspection is encouraged. When you come and see the car then you will be able to take it for a test drive and see how everything works. You can try out all the features and satisfy yourself that it fits your requirements. This is your chance to ensure that the condition and operation of the vehicle is to your satisfaction. Finance Finance may be available depending on your status and the specific details of the vehicle that you intend to purchase. Please contact us further for a referral. Bidding/Buying/Payment If a vehicle is offered via an auction style listing and you do choose to bid or buy without viewing then that's fine but please understand that in that instance you are bidding to buy and not to come and kick the tyres or negotiate! Buyers that have chosen not to view or inspect their vehicle before committing to purchase will be expected to arrive, pay and collect within 5 days unless otherwise agreed. Payment Payment is by cash on collection or bank transfer from a UK bank. If you prefer then I am happy to go to the local bank branch with you on the day to make the necessary transfer. Overseas buyers are responsible for all shipping and collection fees and payment will only be accepted in GBP. If you view the vehicle and decide to go ahead with a purchase but are unable to take the vehicle immediately then I will ask for a 10% holding deposit (with a minimum deposit of £250). The outstanding balance will be due upon collection. Delivery/Collection Delivery will be at additional cost, please ask for a quotation. Collection is from Horsham in West Sussex. Horsham is about 20 minutes south of Gatwick airport and I can collect you from Horsham mainline train station if it helps. This is approx. 1hr down the line from London Victoria. Part Exchange I will consider a part exchange if it helps you out with the purchase.
