We are selling this simple 19th century Portrait of Mother and Child. The painting is executed in oil on canvas and housed in a nice silver gilt frame. The painting is signed lower right L.Almatadedma, it is not Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema, it fits more into the English or French school and might be copying Thomas Lawrence or Jean-Baptiste Greuze. Nice frame.
Condition: Good condition, some wear to the frame which may not be original.
