The Leandra Drumm "Rapunzel" Switch Plate recreates one of the most famous German fairy tales. In the Brothers Grimm tale, a prince hears Rapunzel singing beautifully. When he sees she is stuck in a tower with no entrance, he asks her to let her hair down that he may climb it. Rapunzel would eventually escape and cure the prince's blindness that had been inflicted upon him by a witch. They would marry and live happily ever after.
