Tucuma is the fruit of the Amazon, which contains high levels of vitamins A and C, omega 3, 6 and 9.Tucuma is very rich in beta-carotene and other bioactive compounds. In addition Tucuma oil is also used as an ingredient in cosmetic products such as moisturizers, lotions and masks to moisturize hair.
