Due to UK being a cold country, please follow these steps to make sure Pen works well;

Directions for Usual Situations;

Shake the Pen (for 60-120 seconds) to fully dissolve the liquid mixture. 

Keep the Pen warm. Otherwise the ink will not write properly. 

Directions for Unusual Situations;

If Pen is still not working as you would want, follow steps below,

Remove Pen's cover then place the Pen in warm water.

Warm water helps to dissolve the liquid mixture. 

Leave Pen in warm water for at least 1-2 minutes.

Then shake Pen properly and it should work perfectly.
