Vintage 1980s Jim Blackburn front lowrider bicycle rack system with twin pannier side frames in blue alloy.

Triangular side frames mount to the fork blades with adjustable lower legs and clamp-on mid-blade brackets for positioning panniers low and stable.

Jim Blackburn logos are molded into the upper tubes.
