'Generals Die In Bed' by Charles Yale Harrison. Published by William Morrow & Co. 1930, fourth printing (Same year as first).

Please see the pictures for the striking dust jacket and the outside of the book. The inside is clean and tight.

The author joined the Canadian Expeditionary Force, trained in the UK and then on to the Western Front where there are good accounts of the looting of Arras and at Amiens in 1918 where unarmed Germans were killed.

Please see my other Great War books listed.
