When connected to PC, led flashes red 4 times then green. After a while (~30mins) led turns solid green and they connect to the Jabra Direct windows app.

The Jabra Direct app shows the battery as being 100%.

I’ve managed to update them to the latest firmware but as soon as the cable is unplugged they turn off.
