1. Important Notes:

  1. This product is only compatible with older Intel, AMD, and similar motherboards. It is NOT suitable for new motherboard models with firmware TPM, all-in-one computers, or laptops.
  2. Minimum hardware requirements for upgrading to Windows 11 via TPM 2.0: 1 GHz or faster 64-bit processor (dual-core/multi-core), 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage space, firmware supporting UEFI Secure Boot and TPM 2.0, DirectX 12 compatible graphics card, and a display with 720p or higher resolution.
  3. This product features a 12pin-1 connector. Please carefully check if the pin position in the product images matches your motherboard before purchasing.

3. How to Choose and Install the Security Module

  1. First, confirm whether your computer has TPM 2.0 or if TPM 2.0 is enabled.
  2. Press Win+R to open Run, type "tpm.msc", and check if the TPM version is 2.0 and ready.
  3. If TPM 2.0 is displayed but not ready, you need to configure it in BIOS. Please contact the motherboard manufacturer's customer service for assistance.
  4. Open your computer case and check the TPM connector pins on your motherboard.
  5. When installing the module: align the side with the chip facing inward, match the pins correctly, and ensure it is fully inserted to prevent loosening. (See images for orientation details)
