Up for sale is a 2010 Fender Made in Japan Telecaster Custom '62 Reissue TL62B in Black, complete with a non-original tweed hard-shell case.
Built during Fender Japan's highly regarded MIJ era, the TL62B faithfully recreates the look and feel of the early-'60s Telecaster Custom while showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship that has made Japanese-built Fenders favorites among players and collectors. Featuring a double-bound alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and vintage-style single-coil pickups, this model delivers classic Telecaster tone with timeless style.
Finished in elegant Black with cream body binding, it has one of the most iconic and sophisticated looks ever offered on a Telecaster.

The guitar is 100% original with no modifications. There are no cracks, breaks, repairs, or structural issues.
The neck is straight, the truss rod functions properly, and the original frets are in excellent condition with minimal wear. It has been professionally set up by our in-house luthier and plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzing or dead spots.
A non-original tweed hard-shell case is included.

Combined with the vintage-style hardware and traditional 7.25" radius fingerboard, the result is a guitar that looks, feels, and sounds remarkably close to a vintage original.
Tone & Feel
This guitar delivers everything players expect from a classic Telecaster.
The bridge pickup has plenty of bite, snap, and twang, while the neck pickup offers warm, rounded tones that work equally well for blues, jazz, and clean rhythm playing. The middle position blends the two beautifully, producing the balanced, articulate sound that has made Telecasters studio staples for over seventy years.
The comfortable '60s C-shaped neck and vintage 7.25" radius give the guitar an authentic vintage feel, while the lightweight 7 lb 12 oz body makes it exceptionally comfortable for long rehearsals or gigs.
