    If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via Ebay email first. When you are shipping your goods back for exchange or refund, please enclose a note with your parcel advising us of your details and requirement, upon receipt we will either refund or exchange as requested once we have received the parcel and the boots are in the same brand new condition as shipped out to you.
    As the buyer you would be required to pay for the postage costs back to us, however we are happy to cover the shipping costs to have them shipped back out to you, if you require an exchange.
    if the product you receive is not the one you have paid for or is faulty, we will cover return cost or refund the total price (including S&H fee).

    The item must not be worn or soiled in any way and must be returned in its original packaging with swing tags attached.
    The return must be made within 30 days from shipment date.

    Shipment:
    We utilize either the Australia Post E-Parcel Service or our Toll Priority Express Courier service for all shipments within Australia & New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within Australia. Additionally, please allocate 1-2 business days for order processing. We strive to process orders promptly. Tracking numbers are provided for all deliveries, enabling you to monitor your parcel's progress. Please note that we do not ship on public holidays and weekends.
