comes with everything shown in photos. has damage! one clip on the bottom of the back of the shower stall is broken off - it stands on its own but isn't very sturdy/stable. the pump/hose appear to be in good condition, but I have not tested them to see if they work with water. The shower curtain has little blue clip things, but they are brittle and keep breaking off if I mess with them (i don't think they count as clips, but pretty sure that's what they were originally). The shower curtain rod is broken and has damage/chew marks from a little kid. the spa is missing parts and has yellowing. comes with the other parts shown too, they are all missing/damaged in some way. comes exactly as shown, see photos for details and measurements.
measurements are NOT EXACT due to the nature of the material and the flexible measuring tape, so although they are an estimate, it may be off by half an inch or so, they are meant to use as a REFERENCE, not as exact measurements.

we get the majority of our items at estate sales and do not wash everything unless it is obviously dirty or worn. please plan to wash your items upon receipt.
