Made in China Bear Paw Wall hanging. Item is pre-owned and was probably hung up with Velcro, as there is one side of velcro tape stuck to the back. See label for care instructions. Most likely cotton blend as there is minor pilling predominantly on the white and backing fabric as shown in last photos.
