This copy of X-MEN ORIGINS, WOLVERINE ONE-SHOT#1 is a NEWSSTAND PRICE VARIANT, the price differing from the Direct Sales Edition, sometime by a difference of a $1 more.  The NEWSSTAND PRICE VARIANT is "RARE!" due to shrinking production numbers of the NEWSSTAND VARIANT.  It is even more "RARE!" due to the fact that the copies that went unsold at the NEWSSTANDS at the end of the prescribed shelf life were sent back to MARVEL and shredded.
