German World War II Waffen Elite Metz 1944 Officers Cuff Title. 

Measures 17” wide by 1 5/16” tall. The front reads ‘Metz 1944’. Has silver bullion wire soutach along the top and bottom borders. Machine embroidered raised silver bullion wire onto a black wool base. Machine sewn construction. This was to have been worn on the lower left sleeve of the officer’s tunic.
