Up for auction/sale is an incredibly charismatic pair of authentic vintage boxing gloves made in the USSR (СССР). This pair features a classic Soviet design crafted from rich brown leather that has developed a beautiful, deep vintage character and natural dark patina over the decades.

Though the original factory tag is missing, the distinct pattern, ventilation holes, and materials heavily point to late 1970s or 1980s Soviet production. Verified on electronic scales, the total weight of the pair is 722 grams, which places them strictly in the classic 12 oz (ounce) weight category.

It is a fantastic display item for boxing gyms, retro collectors, or sports history enthusiasts.

 Fit Profile: These gloves feature authentic, snug Soviet tailoring. They are best suited for Small to Medium adult hands (approx. hand circumference of 7.5" to 8.5" / 19–22 cm around the knuckles).

 

Please note: If you have a large hand (e.g., 9.5" / 24 cm circumference or above), these gloves will be too small/tight for training use and are highly recommended strictly as a collector's display piece.

Condition Report (Please Read Carefully)

This item is in heavy vintage pre-owned (used) condition with a beautiful, deep age patina that comes 

from genuine history and training.

 Leather Condition: The genuine brown leather is thick, well-broken-in, and full of vintage character. There are visible surface scuffs, scratches, and natural color darkening/fading across the punching surfaces from historical use 

(clearly shown in the photos).

 Structural Details: The leather remains intact with no major open rips on the main body. 

There is a small darkened, heavily worn spot near the thumb crease seam.

 Interior & Laces: The inner bright yellow canvas lining is fully intact and structurally clean with only minor period spots. The original light-grey laces are functional, and the ventilation holes on the palm are clear.

 Factory Tag: Missing. The tag has been completely removed over time, so no factory stamps remain.
