These binoculars are in very nice shape and have impressive clarity. Collimation appears perfect to my eyes. The focus wheel is very smooth with no slack. I believe these are the later version of this generation, with twist up eye cups and phase coating. The ocular and objective lenses look great; forgive me I forgot to photograph them but will try to add photos soon.
