One new Aeroflex ACT5028-2-2-7 a 16-bit monolithic tracking resolver-to-digital converter (RDC) initially designed by Aeroflex for military, aerospace, and satellite applications. It converts angular position data from a resolver or synchro into a digital output word.

• Total Ionizing Dose (TID): Typically >1 Mrad (Si)

• Single Event Latchup (SEL): Immune to LET > 100 MeV-cm²/mg

• Single Event Upset (SEU): Experiences fewer than 15 minutes of arc errors at a rate of 1 per device per 2 years in typical dynamic geosynchronous orbits.

• Resolution: Programmable to 10, 12, 14, or 16-bit

• Power: +5VDC only

• Temperature Range: -55°C to +125°C [1]
