This rare and beautiful vintage ladies Movado Celestograf wrist watch has many built in mechanical enhancements known as "complications," with the dial reporting the day of the week, month, date and phase of the moon. The movement is an original manual wind high grade mechanical mechanism produced and marketed by Movado in 1950 or just prior. The watch keeps excellent time and can only be described as in excellent vintage condition. To all appearances the dial is original and has not been altered in any way. The case measures 27mm and length from lug tip to lug tip measures 35mm. Inside the backplate it is stamped with the model and serial number and 750 (designating 18K gold). The watch is provided with a new dark blue genuine leather strap with gold tone clasp.(shown in the photos of this listing).
