Up for your consideration is a vintage Metlox - Poppytrail yellow pitcher or carafe with lid and a wooden handle attached with a metal collar.

The pitcher / carafe stands 8 3/4 inches tall, measures 8 1/2 inches across (from back of handle to opposite side), and weighs 2 pounds, 3 5/8ounces.

The bottom is marked under the glaze - USA - Metlox C....... (possibly California) - 238.

The pitcher is in excellent, vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. The rubber seal is dry.
