Description
The Veris GWNVXXW is a wall-mounted
modular gas sensor platform designed for building automation and HVAC systems.
It serves as a housing base that converts gas readings into field-selectable,
analog, or relay signals (0 to 5 Vdc, 0 to 10 Vdc, or 4 to 20 mA) to communicate
with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems or directly control fans.
Key
Features
- Modular Design: The base
accepts interchangeable Veris AG Series gas sensors (sold
separately), allowing you to detect gases like carbon monoxide (CO) or
nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) without
requiring entirely new hardware.
- Easy Maintenance: When a sensor reaches the end of its life, the base remains wired
to the wall. You simply open the white (W) housing to swap out the modular
sensor, eliminating costly re-installations.
- Visual Diagnostics: Features three colored LEDs (red, yellow, and green) for quick,
at-a-glance status viewing.
- Stable Operation: Microprocessor-controlled for excellent stability, requiring no
field calibration.
