  • The leather boots give way to a cloth laced boot which is encased in loose threads. See photos – very unusual.
  • The felt or wool spats fit over the cloth boot upper and reach almost to the top. There are 14 side buttons on the spats. The color of the spats could be described as a light pistachio.
  • There is a trademark on the bottom of the boots but I can’t read it.
  • There are numbers inside the boot upper – see photo. They do not seem to be a size.
  • Boots measurements:
  • From the bottom of the heel to point of toe: 9 inches in length
  • From the top of the heel (where your foot would sit) to the point of toe: about 11 inches.
  • Across at the widest part of the sole: 3 inches. They are narrow.
  • I put the boots up against my foot – women’s US 7-1/2 – and they were about the same length.
  • The heel measures 2-1/2 inches in height.
  • The boot measures 10” inches in height from the top of the cloth to the bottom of the heel.
  • Condition of the boot reflects their age. Leather is creased. Sole shows age-appropriate wear. Spats look mildly discolored.
  • All buttons are secure and look original.
  • Boots are still sturdy without holes, tears or separation.
  • The boots are stuffed with paper to keep their shape.
