A WWI era Particulars of Sale for an auction of 'Meadow and Grazing Lands in the Parishes of Bridgwater and Chilton Trinity in the County of Somerset'.
It is an 11 page document with a Memorandum of Agreement at the back. The auction was held on Wednesday, 4th July, 1917 at the "Royal Clarence" Hotel, Bridgwater, with the auctioneers being C.R. Morris, Sons & Peard.
The paper has some wear and age related marks. The staples have rusted and this shows on the pages. There are bends from previously being folded.
