Genuine LEGO 76786 Morticia Cottage is a complete set from LEGO, featuring a charming building-themed design. Packaged in Original  Lego Box all 4 instruction books, i decided to build this yesterday the 21st June and what a delight, lovely to build so it is new apart from me opining it, so i will now dismantle it and give someone  the opportunity to rebuild it, Each instruction book covers each part of the cottage, so i will place each section into the original order the best i can, so again includes Box, Instruction Books and 4 Mini Figs, and plenty spare pieces which i will place in a separate bag, I paid £89.99 Thanks for looking, any questions please ask
