Shipping:

We will always try to ship the same business day if order is paid by noon CST. We will always ship within 24 hours of the next business day. However, once the item is delivered to the carrier, it is out of our control. The USPS/UPS/FedEx is experiencing delays for various reasons, therefore we will always try to upgrade when and where we can without any xtra charges.

Payment received (ebay) after agreement to purchase on the Buy it Now button. We will ship same day or next business day. If we have negotiated a "Best Offer" price, this a binding agreement and we expect to be paid the negotiated price ASAP. If you have purchased the item or items in error and would like to cancel, please do so immediately, so we can refund you without shipping and/or restocking charges.

We will request that you you pay immediately in order to expedite the shipping process. If not, within 24 hours or we will reconsider the best offer and may pull that item back.

Returns/Refunds:

Returns and refunds will be granted up to 30 days on items that have not been opened or that are not missing parts or damaged. 

If a return is necessary, then you must get an approval and a return authorization number before the item returned. 

In the event of a negotiated return, once we receive the item unopened, without damage or missing parts/items then a refund will be given via ebay payment processing.
