Vintage Ross quill handlebar stem with bulbous forged steel body and black painted finish.

Designed for 0.833 inch threaded steerers with 25.4 mm handlebar clamp, using twin pinch bolts at the bar clamp and an expander wedge in the steerer.

Quill is stamped with Rosswin logo plus CR-MO, PAT.P, JAPAN 0.833 and MAX HT line; handlebar clamp section is stamped 25.4.

.833 / 21.1 is smaller than the more common 22.2. Used Ross quill stem with scattered scratches, scuffs, and paint chips in the black finish along the extension and bulb head. Chrome quill has insertion marks and small spots of surface rust. Clamp and wedge bolts show light corrosion and tool wear. Includes only the single stem shown; no additional parts or accessories.
