One owner, bought from new, Swift Ardennes 35x12 static caravan. Off site. Bought in 2021 and used by our family, initially for Covid reasons then living whilst undergoing a major house renovation. Back in the house, hence the reason for sale. Reluctant sale as it has been a lovely place to enjoy. Fantastic views, always warm and dry! Galvanised chassis, double glazed and full LPG central heating. I added a diesel heater which proved fantastic and helped reduce gas costs. Two toilets and a shower. 2 bedrooms. The main is adequate for adults but the second bedroom is more of a child's bedroom as the beds are not quite full length.
Really well looked after and virtually as new. The oven and hob are very clean as is the fridge and freezer. All works as it should. None of the mattresses have been used as we used our own. The second bedroom was used as an office. There is a pull out bed in the very large sitting room. Smoke free, pet free home. The only issue is a small buckle in the plastic trim where it was hit by a tree branch.
