This jeep was a 350hp powerhouse 20 years ago. It has been used very little in those 20 years and now it’s time for a new home.
This is not a show piece. It has a lot of great features and at the same time it has some flaws. Both of which I am happy to point out.
It has a Chevy 350 small block, with a lot of work done, dropped in with the jeep 3 speed transmission and the transfer case has high & low in both 2W & 4W. It has slow rear ends(4.88 I believe)
The warn winch is a beast of a winch with a wireless remote.
The jeep runs and drives. I had it out buried in the mud 2 weeks ago. The winch works great. It was used 2 weeks ago as well.
I would describe this as an offroad vehicle, but I used to drive it on the road a lot 20 years ago.
Even though it runs as is. I would describe this as a project jeep. It could use a little TLC. The jeep has been tinkered with over the years but really needs someone with some passion to really bring it back to life. The engine starts and runs but stumbles a little when you tromp it, so it needs tuned. The engine gets hot, it probably needs a fan shroud installed. The windshield has a crack. The wiring is intact but messy. Seats are ok but not in great shape. The bikini top seems fine. I have a tonneau cover that might be in good shape.
I have the title. Milage unknown.
I really don’t know what this jeep is worth “as is” and may adjust the price as I refine the listing and possibly get someone to tune her up which will possibly make her more valuable/easier to sell.
