Maintenance information
CD player
As part of the maintenance of CD players, the complete laser mechanics incl. Laser unit cleaned and certain components with application-specific grease or Oil treated.
To ensure reliable functionality, we test the devices with special test CDs. Using the so-called "eye pattern", which is measured with an oscilloscope, we can determine how well the laser reads the information on the CD. We use this data to decide, among other things, whether devices are still suitable for sale. whether the laser unit needs to be replaced.
All devices undergo a continuous run with self-burned CDs (CD-R), in which the sine signal is recorded over the entire period of time in order to be able to detect even the smallest misfires.
This way we can ensure that the devices work properly even with difficult CDs. Compared to pressed CDS, CD-R's are more difficult to read.

The electronics of the electrical devices are examined closely. Thanks to many years of experience, we can Fix type-specific vulnerabilities before an error occurs. The lifespan of certain devices can be increased enormously.

The devices are definitely suitable for living rooms. There may be a few minor blemishes on the front and/or the casing cover. These are barely noticeable from a maximum distance of one meter.

The devices are attractive. There may be a few small blemishes on the front and/or a few small paint scratches (no longer than approx. 5cm) must be present. From approx. At a distance of 2 meters, these traces are hardly noticeable. Fine superficial signs of wear on the cover are possible.
