The wheels turn; the breaks appear to be working; the tyres are good, no sign of water or vermin ingress; there is no obvious sign of dampness; good jockey wheel and hitch.
The van was abandoned without emptying or cleaning, so expect some mess and cleaning work, but with that sorted, it seems like it might become a fine small van.
All appeared to be functioning before it had its Marie Celeste experience 18-months ago.
Nothing has been tested and nothing much is known about the van, so there is little to be gained from asking me questions.
