CONDITION OVERVIEW:
Please read carefully before bidding or buying. This is a placeholder/player copy intended for collectors of rare dead media. It has several cosmetic and condition flaws detailed below.

  • Tape Testing: Untested. Sold strictly AS-IS because I do not have a working Betamax player to verify playback quality.
  • Tape Ribbon: There appear to be minor, visible flecks of mold on the tape ribbon inside the cassette. It will require a professional cleaning or manual spooling before playback to ensure it does not dirty your player head.
  • Cassette Shell: The top plastic shell of the Betamax cassette has some writing in permanent marker.
  • Packaging / Artwork: The original packaging is missing. This copy comes housed in a plastic VHS clamshell case. The artwork consists of an original VHS cardboard slipcover that has been cut apart and mounted onto black paper behind the clear plastic sleeve of the clamshell.
