Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and any customs-related charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Customs Clearance
The buyer is responsible for completing all customs clearance requirements and making any required payments promptly. Failure to do so may result in delays, return, abandonment, or disposal of the shipment by the carrier or customs authorities.

Delivery
The buyer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information and responding to any requests from the shipping carrier after the shipment arrives in the destination country.

Carrier Responsibility
Once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.), transportation is under the carrier's responsibility. We will gladly assist by providing shipping documents and supporting any carrier investigation or claim.

Lost Shipment & Claims
If the carrier approves a shipping or insurance claim, we will refund the actual amount reimbursed to us, including the shipping cost paid by us and/or the insured value, where applicable.

Payments Made to the Carrier
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, and any other payments made directly to the carrier or customs authorities cannot be refunded by us. Any reimbursement for these charges must be requested directly from the carrier or customs authority.

Communication
Please monitor your eBay Messages, email, phone, and shipment tracking. We may contact you if your action is required to complete customs clearance or delivery.
