I have been selling on ebay since 1998 and you might notice I have nearly perfect positive feedback. Grrrrr...I have ONE neutral feedback from someone who bought a 99 cent auction (ten single earrings) and left feedback they were "just ok."  Sigh. I know they they were just ok, that's why they were 99 cents-8 cents a piece.
