Condition - Preowned Condition I guess whe collar had like a water proof rubber coating, which may have gotten too hot in a dryer and possibly melted, so that is the only damage that I found. inspected for flaws found to be free of rips tears or stains , if other then clothing ,item has been tested and is in working condition with all parts and pieces .
