The listing is for an original U.S. version SEGA Genesis Model 2 home console bundle.   The console you see in the photo gallery is the actual unit you will be receiving, and the system has been tested with SCART cable as well as HD Retrovision’s Genesis 2 YPbPr component cable.

Includes the following items:

1. Refurbished Genesis 2 console with RGB Triple Bypass V2 kit & Slow-cycle RGB LED preinstalled.
   
2. SEGA OEM original 6-button Genesis controller (Refurbished)
   
3. SCART RGB cable (NEW)
4. Triad Magnetics 100V〜240V AC adapter (NEW)

Refurbishments and services performed:

1. Entire shell has been thoroughly cleaned with dish soap, dried, and then coated with automotive UV protection.
2. Motherboard has been ultrasonic-cleaned, immersed in 99% isopropyl alcohol, and dried prior to final assembly.
3. Triple Bypass V2 RGB board equipped with THS7374 chip that outputs crisp RGB video signal.  V2 board also outputs the highest quality, most accurate stereo audio output.  This newest design utilizes data from the MDfourier project to precisely replicate the sound profile of the best Model 1 consoles.  Also includes Mega Amp 2.0 audio amplifier designed by Ace and Villahed94, resulting in significantly improved audio performance. 
4. All electrolytic capacitors on the motherboard have been replaced with brand-new, high quality Japanese capacitors.
   
5. A slow-cycle multicolor RGB LED has been installed in place of the original red LED for the power ON indicator.  Please see the 45-sec video clip which showcases the LED slowly cycling through its color range (the actual color in-person is more saturated and colorful…the camera just doesn’t capture it well).

• Shipping: Ships from the West Coast, U.S., within 24 hours of payment.  It may also ship the same day if the order & payment is completed before noon Pacific Time.
• Return Policy: 30-day returns accepted per eBay standard return policy; buyer pays return shipping. Returns must meet specific conditions: i.e., no damage caused from tampering, liquid spill, swapped parts, bent pins, cut/broken traces, scratched motherboard, short-circuited board, ripped out solder pads, damaged A/V ports, and/or other types of damage that was not present at the time of sale.
• Cosmetic Blemishes: Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic blemishes on the motherboard or game controller. Please note that these retro consoles are 30-35 years old, and the plastic shells, in particular, naturally exhibit varying degrees of scuffs, scratches, and wear that comes with normal use, as well as blemishes resulting from their age.
