A small, vintage, puffy heart, with a pink rose, red flowers and leaves, bordered by 22KT gold laurel, and a bow. Gold laurel on the side. A lyre is the clasp, and gold leaf stems are painted on the inside top and bottom. A Lovely Little Heart!!
