For the avoidance of confusion, the full name is "REPLICA Soul of the Forest". It is a genuine product, not a replica! The tagline is "reproductions of familiar fantasies". I have to say, this is my favourite of the ones I have tried from the MM REPLICA line.

I bought this in 2023 just after it was discontinued and all the stock had sold out, so it took quite some effort to find. I still have another bottle of this and have been using it very slowly for fear of running out, so have now decided to move this on rather than have it take up space in the cupboard. Even though I love this fragrance, I've trained myself to only use it on very special occasions now.

I see that it is being produced again, which is great. I have been out of the fragrance scene for a while though, so I could not tell you if the new version is a reformulation, or identical to the original. I can say that this one is the original version from 2022/2023 (originally launched in 2016, I don't know the exact bottling date). So if you are aware of a change, that will hopefully put your mind at ease.

It is sealed and the box itself is in perfect condition other than a small mark on the base, which is how I received it - see the photos. There is a barcode label which may give more information about batch numbers etc., but I'm not sure how to read them. It seems to have been distributed as a sample originally (presumably not intended for retail sale), but this is the full 100ml bottle, not one of the small travel/sample bottles.
